SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
DELIVERY AND HANDLING TIME
HANDLING TIME: The order preparation time will be one working day unless exceptional conditions arise. The time required by the delivery service - between 24 and 48 hours - must be added to the order preparation time.
DELIVERY COSTS IN PENINSULAR SPAIN: The delivery cost is €3.50. The delivery is free of charge for purchases over €40. These prices are valid for peninsular Spain, where Correos Express or MRW 24-48 hours delivery service will be used.
BALEARIC ISLANDS: The delivery cost is €6.50. The delivery is free of charge for purchases over €80. MRW Baleares express or Correos Express delivery service will be used.

PRE-SALES
When a pre-sold product has a particular delivery date, this will be specified under the product page.
If the order has more than 1 (one) product, the full order will be sent as of the date indicated in the pre-sale form.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer shall have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. Delivery costs will be paid by the customer unless the product is returned due to any defect.
When we verify that the product is perfectly preserved in its original package, we will give the customer his/her money back.
Products that have been opened or whose packages are damaged cannot be returned.
WRONG PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a product other than the one purchased, the product will be replaced free of charge.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or broken product due to its handling during transport, please email us at hola@koochgreencosmetics.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the product is returned, this will be free of charge for the customer.
Kooch Green Cosmetics S.L. will not accept any return or exchange that has not been communicated and agreed beforehand.
